'Lugares hechos de Silencio', mural for the Design Festa Gallery, Harajuku - Tokyo 08.

2 x 3 m mural, marker pens and acrylic. This piece is a typographic reflection of my time in Tokyo. The city made me think about how places have a unique kind of silence that differentiates them from one other. This thought then led me to the surreal creature that is the centre of the mural, created out of the Spanish sentence: 'Lugares hechos de silencio' which translates as 'Places made out of silence'.
